Work Schedule: 5 working days (8 am - 5 pm)

Job Description:

  • Accurately encodes data from the submitted files
  • Adheres to the set rules in Admin Dept
  • Ensures that files are properly saved and sent to the Immediate Head
  • Adhere to and meet set schedules and deadlines
  • Conduct self-audit of work for errors prior to actual execution
  • May perform other office tasks that management requires assistance with
  • Report any errors encountered in the dept
  • Maintain a report of progress and/or completed task
  • Manage Office supplies, utilities & and all admin works

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Good experience in related field – preferably solid experience and background in Admin tasks/work in Telecom industry
  • Understand the business environment
  • Good in communication and attitude towards work
  • Savvy in Excel
  • Ok for field work (sometimes)
